Sundays 12pm-1:30pm CST
This group is available to clients located in Texas and Florida.
Each group is once per week and $75 per session with two $200 initial intake appointments.

Isalys is offering two Adult Virtual DBT Skills Groups:
These ongoing groups are $60 per session after two initial intake sessions
Mondays 5pm-6:30pm CST
Sundays 10am-11:30am CST
Sundays 1pm-2:30pm CST

These groups are available to clients in Texas, Colorado, Florida, South Carolina.

Thursdays 5:30pm-7pm CST
Available to clients in Texas and California.
Each group is once per week and $60 per session with two $175 initial intake appointments.

Isaly's RODBT Process Group Thursdays 4pm-5:30pm CST:
Available to clients in Texas, Colorado, & Florida.
These groups are meant for people who identify as overcontrolled and have already completed an RODBT skills class, RODBT IOP, or been working with an individual RODBT therapist long term. If you aren't sure if you're overcontrolled look at the description on the RODBT page or send us an email to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation. For this group we will help you determine if you feel ready to receive feedback from your peers. Group is once per week and $60 per session after two initial intake appointments.
