Rachel Burgreen, LCSW-S (she/her/hers)
Owner & Founder
Rachel received her Masters in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin. Rachel is a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor with over a decade of experience working with clients in Texas. Her training has consisted of working with clients in Intensive Outpatient groups, as well as with couples, individuals, and groups in private practice.  Rachel is intensively trained in Radically Open DBT, is a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, has foundational training and supervision in DBT, and has received ERP training, and EMDR basic training. Rachel loves working with neurodiverse clients and ADHD in couples therapy is one of her specialties.

Rachel is passionate about helping individuals and couples learn how to improve communication, connection, and flexibility, and decrease all-or-nothing thinking, self-judgment, perfectionism, isolation, anxiety, and obsessive thoughts.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys pottery, hiking with her dogs, and game nights with friends.

Isalys “Isa” Pagani LPC (she/her/hers)
Isa received her Masters in Counseling from Saint Edward’s University. She received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while interning at Ascension Seton's Intensive Outpatient Program. During her time there she facilitated DBT IOP groups and found she had a passion for teaching the DBT skills. Isa also has experience providing individual therapy utilizing DBT and CBT. She is currently pursuing certification in CBT through the Beck institute and has completed intensive training in RODBT. Isa is also level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Isa always considers each client’s individual needs, and when relevant she utilizes other theories she has studied, including attachment theory, IFS, narrative therapy, and existential philosophy. Isa strongly believes in meeting her clients where they are, maintaining a non-judgmental atmosphere, and building a strong relationship. This approach has led to productive therapeutic relationships that help her clients meet their goals.

Isa received her Bachelors degree from Cornell University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, both degrees were in comparative literature (French Literature and Philosophy).  Before becoming a therapist, Isa worked as a professor for eight years. Isa has published extensively on moral theory, particularly as it relates to anger, forgiveness, justice, and other conciliatory actions and emotions. Isa’s background in the humanities informs her approach to therapy. She firmly believes that articulating, examining, and—at times—adapting one’s behaviors and beliefs, in a manner that better reflects one’s deeply held core values, is key to leading one’s best life.

Isa offers therapy in both French and English, and works with both couples and individuals.

Isa is licensed to provide therapy in Texas and Colorado.

In her free time Isa plays chess and piano, fosters dogs for APA, and enjoys spending time with her two teenage children.

Lisa Sledd, LMFT (She/Her/Hers)
Lisa earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX.  She has a diverse background in both private practice and non-profit settings, where she supports individuals, couples, and families. Lisa utilizes evidence based therapy approaches such as EMDR, RODBT, mindfulness techniques, and skills from DBT, EFT, and PACT to help clients achieve self-acceptance. Lisa is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (aka Tapping) which targets points similar to those used in acupuncture and can help manage difficult emotions. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming.

Lisa works with couples navigating life transitions, divorce, neurodiversity, and high conflict. She approaches family therapy with a focus on fostering open communication, and working towards shared goals. Her family therapy practice uses techniques such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and attachment-based therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, Lisa worked as a molecular biologist. Her scientific background influences how she views the world, including her approach to therapy. Because of this, she prefers evidence-based models and works collaboratively with clients to achieve positive change in their lives.
Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, particularly ceramics, as well as running, biking, lifting weights, going to the beach, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Lisa is licensed to provide therapy in Texas and California.

Maeve Larkin, LCSW (She/Her/Hers)

Maeve earned her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College. She is a DBT Specialist with training in RODBT and has provided therapy to adolescents, adults, and groups. Her clinical experience includes both private practice and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care, with neurodiversity as one of her specialty areas. Maeve is currently completing Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Maeve takes a human-centered approach to treatment and views herself and her clients as teammates in the therapeutic process. She brings clinical expertise and evidence-based behavioral therapy methods, while clients bring their lived experience and willingness to engage in the work. Her approach is rooted in DBT and RODBT, with a focus on providing clients with concrete skills for coping with distress, improving interpersonal dynamics, and reducing vulnerabilities to mental health symptoms. Maeve believes that strong therapeutic rapport, a nonjudgmental space, and holding the dialectic between validation and personal growth are essential for successful treatment outcomes.

Outside of work, Maeve enjoys making tiny clay figurines, cold plunges (they’re shockingly relaxing), dabbling in stand-up comedy, traveling, and exploring new cafés and restaurants.
